بوتیک هتل Light House: تجربه‌ای نورانی در قلب مدیترانه
شرکت معماری بهفر با تکیه بر خلاقیت و شناخت محیط‌های منحصر‌به‌فرد، پروژه بوتیک هتل Light House را در یکی از نقاط استثنایی ایتالیا به ثمر
رساند. این هتل در جزیره سن دومینو – بزرگترین جزیره مجمع‌الجزایر تِرِمیِتی – با رویکرد تلفیق معماری مدرن و هارمونی با طبیعت بکر مدیترانه‌ای طراحی شده است.
ویژگی های طراحی:
- پیوند با طبیعت: استفاده هوشمندانه از پلان‌های باز و پنجره‌های سرتاسری برای بهره‌گیری حداکثری از نور طبیعی و چشماندازهای آبی دریای آدریاتیک.

معماری زمینه‌گرا: حجم‌بندی ساده و به‌دور از پیچیدگی، با هدف احترام به بافت سنتی جزیره و تاکید بر سادگی جزیره‌نشینان.

بهینه‌سازی فضا: با مساحت محدود زمین (۳۴۰ متر)، فضاها با دقت برنامه‌ریزی شدند تا مهمانان در عین رفاه، حس انحصارطلبی بوتیک‌ها را تجربه کنند.

پالت رنگی: ترکیب سفیدِ غالب با اکسانت‌های آبی و خاکی، یادآور رنگ‌بندی طبیعی صخره‌ها و دریا.
